| Sally Gries To Whom It May Concern, WUEV is quite a community treasure. I love listening to the jazz while at work. It provides a nice atmosphere in my office and is easy to have on as background noise on busy day when no interruptions is important. Also, I am a dedicated Evansville Otters fan, and knowing that I can listen to their games, home or away, on 91.5 or on the web is very important to me. The broadcast of the games helps me be there when I can't. I can only guess that the UE Alumni, students and faculty feel the same way about the Division I athletics, too. I have attended more than one higher eduction institution in this city, and this radio station, it's professionalism and the programs it offers, helps make UE stick out in my mind as being a community player; Giving to the community in more ways than providing a quality education. Please don't sell out something that you have provided to our community that has become a part of so many lives. Sincerely, |
