Sale of WUEV?
What a shame that could happen. It has been a fixture of U of E and Evansville since I moved to Evansville as a teenager in the mid 1970's. ( I remember the Gil Clarity show.)
I always enjoyed the cutting age progressive music it played then as well as the great variety of other types of music. It is one of the many things from the area that I missed when I moved away from Evansville in 1990.
Now whenever I come back into town to visit friends and family turning the dial ( actually the set push button ) to 91.5 is like always greeting an old friend. Selling WUEV? What a shame.
