Though really worth 450k to 750k in its current set up..With the potiential to upgrade the signal and facilities and there area many who'd pay the extra to get it, 1 to 1.5 million would not be out of the ballpark.... Then again, they need to see the promotional value to the adult studies program and other programs of interest to the community and financial support base of the UE mission......Keep it and do internal fundraising to offset the extra $135k a year in operational costs....
