I just spoke with a member of the Faculty Senate who told me they passed a motion this afternoon to object to the sale of WUEV. The wording of this motion will be coming. I thank the faculty of the University I love for taking a strong interest in this! While on campus today, I also spoke directly with someone in the U.E. President's office who assured me this was NOT a done deal and that no decision had been made. She wanted to be absolutely sure I pass this along to the web site so that you all would know. Keep up the great work everyone! It means so much to me to see us all joining together, re-uniting and also making new friends for such an important cause.
