| More Media Coverage - 14 is doing a story too! (a fan ) 06 Feb 12:03 EST |
Be watching all stations tonight! This community cares abou WUEV, so why doesn't its own University that is thinking about selling it?

Upon more reflection, could someone tape and transcribe the reports? I live out the area, but I don't want to miss out on what's happening!
Thanks!

All three stations usually post the days stories on their websites. 14 and 25 post streaming video as well. I don't know what 7's streaming situation is at the present moment.
I'll keep an eye out for links as they become available.

Links to streaming videos and lo-fi recordings (each under 1MB) of the channel 14 and 25 broadcasts are up on the main page.

Excellent! Here's the point that needs to come across in all of these stories. If WUEV ceases to exist in its current format, that programming with NEVER be heard in the Evansville market again.
Is WSTO going to play the kind of urban you hear on Party Lights? Is WGBF going to take anything off of the playlist from The Other Side? Will WNIN add jazz programming? No.
Plus you'll NEVER hear UE soccer, softball, or women's basketball on the radio in Evansville again. I'm sure the UE athletic department is all smiles about that possibility.

The only station that even came close to playing some of the more out there rock UEV played was AM 820... and now that station sucks.
