| The buyer could be Relevant Radio (A Supporter Who Cares) 05 Feb 08:43 EST |
2 weeks ago a respresenative from Relevant Radio ( www.RelevantRadio.com ) mentioned to someone in Evansville that they were looking at buying a 6100 watts station in the Tri-State area. There have also been some stories floating around the U.E. campus that the buyer is a religious oriented. According to their web site, Relevant Radio is a "leading operator of community Catholic radio stations with a rapidly growing platform of 14 stations, including six stations reaching listeners in the top 25 markets. This might be the buyer.

Its the students station! Why sell it to anyone else, its always been here for the students. To think of selling it to a group like this is ridiculous

Well no matter who it is, they'd have to be a non profit. The Station number is too low on the dial for commercial stations.
